endTB data currently available in eDSI

Authorizations to share data through eDSI have been requested to each country from which data originated, some may still be pending approval: only data for which countries have approved the transfer to eDSI is being added in eDSI. Also, some patients opted out for their data to be shared for future use in research. Hence not all endTB data will be available through eDSI.  

Data has been highly deidentified before data transfer/ sharing, with no direct identifiers being shared. Datasets are also minimized to what is necessary for the approved research project.
